The makers of the Radhika Apte-starrer Phobia, including producers Eros International and Viki Rajani and director Pavan Kirpalani has come up with a highly innovative and experiential marketing activity promoting the spine-chilling psychological thriller.
In Eros and Next Gen Films’ Phobia, Radhika Apte’s character Mehak suffers from Agoraphobia, the fear of open spaces. To help overcome her fear, her doctor advises help through a VR headset.
To help viewers experience what Mehak experiences through a VR headset, the makers have set up a Phobia Booth at Infiniti 2 Atrium mall in Malad (Mumbai). VR headsets will be available for people to try on and face some common everyday fears like fear of heights, darkness etc.
