R.Madhavan, who wholeheartedly supports organic farming and even encourages fans to grow atleast 1 vegetable, to understand the hardship and plight of a farmer, is also doing his bit to keep the city greener.
This monsoon, Maddy will be initiating a drive ,where he will personally plant trees in a few areas across the city, including his own society, as he believes change begins from setting an example in your immediate surroundings.
R.Madhavan felt the monsoon would be the ideal time to initiate the drive since it would help save water and also make the city greener.
Says Madhavan, “This is where we live and why not help make this a greener and healthier city . I pledge to do my bit and hope it encourages civilians to follow suit”.
