Amazon Prime Video’s original web series ‘Mirzapur’ was one of the most popular shows 2018 had to offer. People were amazed at the raw and gripping tale regarding the underbelly of Uttar Pradesh and only wanted more and more of it. Well, the wait is almost over. This is because the official Youtube channel of Amazon prime has teased the second season of the web series.
The channel released a video to pay a tribute to the fans because it was only because of their love and support that the show became a massive hit. The video also mentioned how Amazon Prime India has taken notice of all the “Mirzapur 2 kab aa raha hai?” (When is Mirzapur 2 coming?) comments that are flooded in every single one of their social media post.
Along with the narration in the video, a release date was never really announced but it is very likely that the upcoming season will hit the streaming platform in the month of September.
The first season of the show featured a stellar cast of Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Divyendu Sharma, Rajesh Tailang, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar and so on.
