Streaming services ALT Balaji and Zee 5 finally released the teaser of its upcoming web series titled, ‘The Married Woman’. It will be starring Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra in key roles and is an adaptation of a book by the same name by Manju Kapur. The show will be extremely progressive as it revolves around a woman on a journey of self-discovery and coming to terms with some truths.
In the minute-long trailer, we are introduced to Ridhi Dogra’s character Astha who seems to be doing well in her life. Until one day she meets an artist named, Peeplika (portrayed by Monica Dogra) and her life begins to change as they grow close to one another.

The Married Woman is headed for a release on International Women’s Day and will come out on 8 March 2021. The show will be available for streaming on both OTT platforms i.e. Zee 5 and ALT Balaji.
