The first season of Poison was regarded as one of the most intense revenge thrillers of the country. After the success of the first season, the makers have finally released the teaser of the upcoming second season of the show. Just when you thought the show did its best with the theme of ‘revenge’ in the first season, the second season looks more gripping and engaging. The makers have really outdone themselves!
The trailer starts off with a commendable dialogue as Aftab Shivdasani appears on the screen and says, “Revenge is outdated. I am just returning the favour.” The teaser soon follows quick sequences where too much unfolds within a flash of seconds. The story will showcase how the rich and the privileged play their games to get whatever they wish to.
The show contains new faces like Raai Lakshmi, Pooja Chopra, Zain Imam, Vin Rana and Asmita Sood apart from Aftab Shivdasani. It will feature on the streaming service, Zee 5. No release date has been announced yet but the teaser mentioned it will be anytime during October 2020
