Television star Nakul Mehta penned down his beautiful thoughts regarding what a ‘journey of an artiste’ is like.
On his social media handle Instagram, Mehta uploaded a heavily worded post about an artiste’s journey. He began the post by saying, “The journey of earning our place in the spotlight to stepping aside and allowing the light to shine on others is essentially the journey of an artiste.”

He further urged people to not indulge in the idea of ‘self-preservation’ as he wrote, “Don’t let society, pop culture, icons or others fool you into self-preservation.”
He concluded by saying that one must not believe in vanity and the power resides in sharing. His post said, “Our light never dims upon sharing, it only expands when you include others and stop making it about yourself. Share with no expectations. Celebrate them for no reason. It’s the only reason we are here doing what we do. This is the only way, we expand the realm of our own light.”
