Only when a dedicated actor puts heart and soul into their performance, that’s when their hard work earns recognition. If one gives their 100% in something, the challenges along the way seem like nothing. Tarun Khanna who has been ruling the television screens through his portrayal of Lord Shiva in the show Devi Adi Parashakti on Dangal TV is a true believer of these above mentioned statements.

What makes his role so unique is the fact that it is from a mythological show. He shared his experience about working on that kind of genre and said, “To be honest I really believe playing a character for a mythological show can be a bit challenging and difficult because lots of hard work is required. During many instances in the TV industry, one’s hard work is not appreciated and praised as much as it should have been. People should be made aware that it’s not an easy task to get into the inner psyche of a deity and act like one. No one has been observant of them. They can only think of it. But it is because of all these challenges that revolve around mythological characters that help me to do a good job and strive for distinction.”

It definitely is hard to think of playing characters people have only heard of. Yet, Tarun Khanna puts himself out there and plays it with immense precision.
