Actor & anchor Rithvik Dhanjani, who recently hosted Super Dancer & currently playing himself in a youth fiction show is known to be a fitness freak & always seen in the best shape. Rithvik is definitely not the one to stop. The actor is now training himself in gymnastics & only few days under the training itself has apparently helped him with drastic physical & mental transformation.
Rithvik shares, ‘Gymnastics because… It is important for you to know new things in life & I’m actually loving this new form of fitness. I’ve always been inclined to fitness of the body & the mind & this new workout form is refreshing & a welcome change.’
It won’t come as a surprise if we see the television star on the silver screen soon going by the actor’s dedication. Rithvik believes, ‘ To be honest, nowadays it is an integral part of action scenes & our dance moves to be actually be able to control your body in a way nobody does. If you’re good at that kind of body control, you can enhance your action sequences, dance moves. It helps inevitably. Gym gets really boring sometimes so after a point & time, what do you do if you don’t feel like going to the gym? Do something that you enjoy.
