Mumbai: Zee Tv’s popular show Maharakshak Devi was indeed a wonderful experience for Rohit Bakshi, while essaying a double role the actor explored new dimension in his acting career. As the show is going off air soon we got in touch with him to know his journey, future projects and more..
Describing his journey, he says, “I wouldn’t say that it wasn’t a learning experience of any kind but yes it was a different experience for sure. I got a chance to play two different characters in one show, mythological and human form, which was quite challenging for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it.”
As the show had many action scenes, so did you face any difficulties while doing it? “Didn’t have to face any difficulties doing the action scenes as I am trained in that so my training really helped me doing it plus I am good at grasping so it was not that tough but it was exciting.”
When asked about the fond memories from the show, he shares, “Since it is a finite series so I cherish each and every day. Working with good set people makes work easier and that way we can only create fond memories.”
Sharing something about his future plans, he says, “As of now I was busy with this show. Since it’s getting over, I have started getting calls and I am meeting people so hopefully would pick up some exciting role soon. I looking for a project that makes me feel nervous.
