Mumbai: Famous director Hansal Mehta, who is working for the upcoming movie “Aligarh” has just finished the shooting. Movie Aligarh stars Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao in the lead and the story of the movie is based on a real life of a gay professor, who was terminated from the college because of this behavior.
In relation to this Hansal Mehta said, “When you are in the middle of a tough shooting schedule, you do wait anxiously for the film to be complete but when you say ‘Cut’ for the last time, you feel so empty inside. Aligarh has been a very special experience for all of us and we will cherish the process forever.”
This is the third time when Director Mehta will be working with actor Rajkummar Rao and the last two projects were Shahid and CityLights.
As per the updates, the movie will be released in the ending of this year.
