The upcoming film ‘V’ is supposed to be one of the biggest OTT releases in the history of Telugu cinema. It is scheduled to release on 5 September 2020 on Amazon Prime Video. The film will centre around an anonymous individual called ‘V’ who is set to avenge his wife’s death by being chased by a set on cop hellbent on figuring out answers.
Superstar Nani in the film will be seen essaying the role of the serial killer in the film while Sudheer Babu is in the role of an obedient cop. The film also stars actress Aditi Rao Hydari. V was supposed to release on the silver screens in the month of March 2020. However, the pandemic delayed that from happening. The film will now be released digitally on Amazon, after 5 months!
The upcoming film has been directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti. The renowned director’s debut film garnered him as much as 11 awards. This included the ‘ National Film Award for Best First Film of a Director’.
‘V’ will also star Nivetha Thomas, Jagapathi Babu, Venela Kishore, Nassar and so on and other important roles. Needless to say, fans are dying of anticipation and have marked the date for the film’s release.
