Bollywood actress Amrita Rao will be start shooting for her Gems and jewelers show, which she will be hosting for a lifestyle channel. The actress will be flying to Jaipur for the shoot.
Sources say that makers of the show were looking at roping in a beautiful Bollywood actress and finally zeroed in on Amrita, who in the past has been artist MF Hussain’s muse. “They needed a face that can do justice to to both traditional and western Jaipur jewellery patterns and are confident that Amrita will add value to the regal charm of the pink city,” adds the source.
Amrita, in the meantime, has sought to gain knowledge about gems and jewellery in order to give her 100 per cent to her TV debut. The actress will feature in Pakash Jha’s ‘Satsang’ movie.
