Kashyap Barbhaya who is gearing up for his 3rd film ‘One day’, says he feels blessed to work with Anupam Kher at an early stage of his career.

The actor revealed that he recently finished a schedule for the film in Ranchi, and will get the chance to interact with Anupam Kher during the next schedule. When asked how excited he is to work with Kher, he said, “I have seen him in films since I was a kid, and he is an amazing performer and a very versatile actor. He always challenges himself and takes up different roles. I feel blessed to have the chance to be able to work with a man like him at such an early stage of my career. To be in the same frame as him is really an honor for me. I will try my level best to match up to his performance”

Apart from making a powerful impact in movies like, Love u Family, Sallu ki Shaadi, and now One day, which is a turning point for the actor in his upcoming career. When asked if he thinks this could be the turning point of his career. He said, “Absolutely, I think I had a very good start. It is very tough to crack into the industry in the first place because of the prevailing competition. This film is a completely different genre than the roles I have played before. Secondly, we have very good actors and a good production house backing us up. So I think this film will definitely take my career forward.”

The upcoming suspense thriller, One day, also stars Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Zareen Khan and many more in pivotal roles.

While talking about his own character in the upcoming film Kashyap expressed, “If I reveal anything about my character, you will find out where the story leads. My character brings the twist to the story. The character I am playing is of a newlywed”

Kashyap made his first appearance as a lead alongside dancer and choreographer Salman Yusuf Khan and Aksha Pardasany’s 2017 family drama ‘Love U Family’ and was cast alongside Zeenat Aman and Kiran Kumar in the comedy-drama Sallu Ki Shaadi as a lead too (Sallu), which released the same year as his debut, in 2017.
