Mumbai: Besides producing Titli along with Dibakar Banerjee Productions, Aditya Chopra, the head honcho of Yash Raj Films has also given the tagline to the film – ‘ har family, family nahi hoti.’

The co-producer Dibakar Banerjee reveals, “We were all struggling to find a befitting tagline for the poster. But nothing good was coming out. I was feeling a bit stuck when Adi very casually came up with this line and I realized that he just gave me the tagline. It came out very naturally from him”

“This came from a man who has a deep, gut level understanding of the Indian audience. Moreover, I felt that this tag line translated in any language anywhere in the world would be as kickass. Any person who has a family and has understood the pain and the pleasure of the complex dynamics of a family will get this!” exclaims the acclaimed filmmaker.

The poster shoot of Titli took place at the YRF studio recently. The director Kanu Behl’s dad Lalit Behl who plays Titli’s father and Shivani Raghuvanshi playing Titli’s wife, Neelu, were flown in for a day for the shoot.

The directorial debut of Kanu Behl, starring newcomers, Shashank Arora and Shivani Raghuvanshi, Ranvir Shorey, Amit Sial and Lalit Behl, Titli is a tale of a dysfunctional family and a young boy’s struggle to escape his oppressive family.

‘Titli- har family, family nahi hoti’ is releasing across India on October 30th.
