Actors, Father's Day

Aashif Sheikh : “My father is my biggest role model. He has always been there for me, be it in good times or bad. A hard working man, he is my pillar of strength. I sincerely hope to continue the legacy with my children. I would like to be like him and teach my children the same values that I have been taught. I have a daughter and I like to spend time with her. She loves watching the way I act in the show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai because it’s a comedy show and when we watch it together we have a great time.”

Shilpa Shinde : “A father is a protector and a saviour to his children, come what may. They strive day in, day out to bring out the best in their children. All thanks to their love, support and encouragement, we have reached a successful stage in our lives. For all the 365 days that they pamper us to no ends, can’t we do the same for them for at least one day? This Father’s day, let us make them proud of us. The success of the show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai all the credit goes to my father for being with me 24hours.”

Saumya Tandon : “Fathers never fail to pamper their children. How true it is when they say, daughters are daddy’s princesses and their first love. My dad has always been there for me and I can’t thank God enough for making me a part of his life. He supported and was there with me all the time but most of all he supported me a lot for my show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai.”
Pankhuri Awasthy : “As the head of the family, a father always ensures that his kids deserve the best things in life. For me, my father is the epitome of motivation, inspiration, patience and love and of course the most handsome man on this planet. The decision of taking up the show Razia Sultan is because of my father he wanted to see me in razia’s role which was a unique and different character.”

Megha Chakraborty : “A father is like a blessing and a God in disguise. My dad is known for his multi-tasking quality as he has helped me through all the difficult phases of my life. When my mother is not around, he is capable of handling the entire house all by himself and for that I am really grateful to him. In the same way, my on screen dad too loves his daughter Reeti and stands by her in difficult times.”

Mudit Nayar : “My father is my pillar of strength. He is more like a friend to me than a father. He is a person who has stood by me and supported me throughout the difficult times in my life. I would like to do a father role even if I get a change in my own show Badii Devrani. It would be a great feeling.”

Aamir Ali : “Being called a Father is like playing role so that his child would have something mythical and infinitely important: a Protector. I want to be like my dad in every possible way. I admire the person Anang Desi from the show Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls the way he plays the role of the father.”

Sukirti Kandpal : “The greatest gift I ever had, came from God, and I call him Dad. My dad has always supported me in whatever I wanted to do. I feel proud to be his daughter and give him all the credit for what I am today. In the show Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls the person playing the father’s role is the best person and whom I always wanted to work with it.”

Ruhanan Khanna : “My dad is my life. Without him I would be nothing. He inspires me and treats me like a princess. It feels great to have him with me. Not only has he helped me in important decisions of my life, but he also takes care of my money matters as he is my finance partner. Love him always.”
