The teaser for an upcoming Bollywood film just went online. Starring Richa Chadha, the film is going to be a biopic about an adult actress from the south named Shakeela. It will feature major highs and lows from her life and how she made it big in the industry.
The trailer of Shakeela featured multiple quick sequences with Richa Chadha in different looks as she wooed the audience. The narration in the background said that when there was a shortage of people within theatre halls during the 90s, the exhibitors and distributors would only think of one name. Years later when the same situation persists (because of the COVID-19 lockdown), the very same person would be responsible for bringing people to the theatres. The watchers are then introduced to Richa Chadha as Shakeela.

Directed by Indrajit Lankesh, the film is all set for a theatrical release on Christmas day i.e. 25 December 2020.
