The title and the first look for Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda’s anticipated film is finally out. It is being called ‘Liger’ and it looks grander than ever. The name of the film has been derived by combining the words ‘Lion’ and ‘Tiger’. The first poster of the film also features the leading man, Vijay in an intense fighting attire.
One of the producers of the film, Karan Johar shared the look on his Twitter handle while revealing, “Presenting LIGER, starring the ruler of big screens & hearts – Vijay Deverakonda & the fiery Ananya Panday. Directed by the exceptionally skilled Puri Jagannadh, we can’t wait to let the world witness this story in 5 languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam. #Liger”

Puri Jagannadh is helming the film along with producing it with Dharma Productions. It is also going to be a pan-Indian film, which mean sit will be released in 5 different languages like Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil.
No release date has been revealed yet but the film will be hitting the screens during this year itself.
