Actors Tahir Raj Bhasin and Taapsee Pannu who will feature in the upcoming film ‘Looop Lapeta’ have shared an announcement video regarding the release date of the film. The first look for both their characters was also released this year and caught the attention of fans who were quite impressed.
In the announcement video, there were stills from the movie of Taapsee and Tahir who were dressed as their characters Savi and Satya. The caption said, “Get ready for the ride of your ‘life’ with Savi and Satya… #LooopLapeta in theatres on October 22, 2021!”

Looop Lapeta is being directed by Aakash Bhatia. It has been said that the movie is inspired by a German crime thriller titled ‘Run Lola Run’ from 1998. The soon to release film is being produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment (Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar), and Aayush Maheshwari.
Looop Lapeta is headed for a theatrical release on 22 October 2021.
