On the occasion of Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan’s 30 birthday, fans got an unexpected surprise by him when he via his social media revealed the first look for his next film. It is being called ‘Dhamaka’ and will be directed by Ram Madhvani (known for Neerja and web series Aarya).
The first look featured Aaryan in long locks as he is all suited up and staring intensely at the view of a bridge being burnt. He is also sporting spectacles in the poster with a stubble. Within the caption section of the post, he wrote, “Aaj mera Birthday hai ?
#DHAMAKA hona chahiye ? ?”

‘Dhamaka’ is being produced by Ronnie Screwvala under RSVP films and Ram Madhvani Films. It is scheduled to come out in 2021.
Kartik was last seen on the silver screens in the 2020 Imtiaz Ali directorial Love Aaj Kal opposite to Sara Ali Khan. He has many other upcoming projects lined up like ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ and ‘Dostana 2’. Both these films were under production and were put to a halt as the COVID-19 lock down happened.
