The trailer for the film ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’ just got launched recently. Actresses Konkona Sensharma and Bhumi Pednekar will be seen essaying the role of two cousins as they explore the roller coaster of a journey that we call life.
Dolly (played by Konkona Sensharma) is from a simple middle-class family and a working woman while her cousin Kajal (Bhumi Pednekar) hails from a small town and has come to a big city in order to make something of herself.

In the trailer, actors like Amol Parashar and Vikrant Massey were also seen playing significant roles. Directed by Alankrita Shrivastava (known for Made In Heaven, Lipstick Under My Burkha), the film looks like it will be the breaker of glass ceilings with intense issues like how the patriarchy has always dominated female sexuality featured in it. It seems as if the film will look at it in quite a contemplative way.
‘Dolly Kitty aur woh chamakte Sitare’ is all set to release on Netflix on 18 September 2020.
