The teaser for the awaited sports drama titled Toofan has just released! It will star Farhan Akhtar in the lead role and has been directed by esteemed filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The film will also have other noted actors like Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Mrunal Thakur.
The teaser looked quite gripping and was focused on the life of Ajju Bhai (played by Akhtar) who transforms himself into a splendid boxer named Aziz Ali that people have nicknamed Toofan. Evidently, Farhan had to go through a massive transformation for the film and it will surely shock you how well built he looks for this role.

This is Farhan’s second collaboration with Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra after the movie ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ that won the audience’s hearts and several awards and honours at various events.
Toofan was earlier meant to release last year on 2 October. It is now headed for an OTT release on the international streaming service on 21 May 2021.
