The trailer of Phobia was launched amidst a packed house by actor Radhika, director Pavan Kirpalani and producer Viki Rajani. Radhika delivered an impressive and unique monologue to introduce her character Mehak, to the media.
Phobia focuses on the central character, Mehak, an artist by profession, who is trapped in her house, neither can she get out, nor stay in.
Says Radhika Apte, “Phobia is one of the difficult films that I’ve done in terms of research that I did for my character. It was emotionally and physically stressful.”
Adds producer Viki Rajani, “I like to do different kind of films and with Phobia, I was fortunate to have a good director and actor who helped me to achieve that.”
Says Pavan Kirpalani, “The idea was to do something different in the genre of psychological thrillers and playing with fear.”
