Mumbai: Arunoday Singh’s stupendous film Ek Bura Aadmi has been stalled due to the unfortunate death of its producer Surendra Rajeev. Although he had prepared for the release of the film before his demise, there has fallen quite a landslide of misery on his Philippine wife Zena Mastura.
Zena, who has done a filmmaking course from Subhash Ghai’s Whistling Woods, is asking for help from the film fraternity, that someone from a corporate house may help her in releasing the film ‘Ek Bura Aadmi’.
She says that the film is quite exceptional and only needs to be released properly. She’s also willing to show the film to any interested party as she believes that after watching the movie, any corporate house or distributor would be openly willing to release the film. She’s hopeful that the film industry will definitely come forward to help her.
Made under the banner of Philind Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd, film Ek Bura Aadmi is based on the politics that exists in Uttar Pradesh. This is its director Ishraq Shah’s debut film and he has also assisted the veteran Gulzar.
Arunoday Singh, who shot to fame with the film ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi’, Kittu Gidwani, Yashpal Sharma, Raghuvir Yadav feature in the film. Debutante Angira Dhar is also a part of the movie. The music has been given by Tochi Raina.
