See them here:

1. Dr. Rustom – Munna Bhai MBBS

Apart from providing comic relief multiple times in the Rajkumar Hirani directorial ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’, Dr. Rustom’s character is wholesome. He is an ordinary doctor trying his best to live life without any trouble. His encounters with the leads of the movie i.e. Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani bring out the best and worst in them both.

2. Vasuli Bhai – Golmaal franchise

Apart from Ajay Devgn, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and so on returning to essay their roles in all the parts, another character has been a constant in the Golmaal series and that is ‘Vasuli Bhai played by Mukesh Tiwari. His character always falls prey to whatever scam the leads put him through and the result is always hilarious.

3. Kanta Ben – Kal Ho Na Ho

Although Kal Ho Na Ho starring Preity Zinta, Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan is supposed to be a heartwrenching drama, the film made sure it doesn’t get too intense by having hilarious scenes here and thee throughout the film. Kanta Ben is definitely the highlight of the movie who often mistakes Aman and Rohit (played by SRK and Saif) to be in love with one another. Her reactions will always tickle your funny bone!

This has to be the greatest cameo of all time. In this movie adaptation of Shakespeare’s Hamlet director Vishal Bharadwaj replaced the supernatural element by introducing the character of Roohdar played by the legendary Irrfan Khan. He is a stranger whose aim is to provide information to Haider (Shahid Kapoor) about his missing father after which he discovers his true calling i.e. revenge.
