Bollywood superstar Ayushmann Khurrana took to his Twitter to share a piece of exciting news regarding his upcoming film ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ with Vaani Kapoor. It is going to belong to the genre of romantic drama. He also shared some behind the scenes pictures from the time they shot the film. The shots also featured the director of the film, Abhishek Kapoor.

It was also revealed that Ayushmann Khurrana will be playing the role of a cross functioning athlete in the movie and went through an intense body transformation for the same. He kept everyone updated about his training through his Instagram. Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui was also one of the few films that began shooting at the earliest when lockdown restrictions were relaxed.
Production began during October 2020 and will be released theatrically on 9 July 2021.
