Internationally acclaimed music maestro, AR Rahman has shared the first look of an upcoming musical drama titled ‘Atkan Chatkan’. The film is scheduled for an OTT release and has been directed by Saumyy Shivhare.
Rahman took to his Instagram account to share the poster of the forthcoming film while writing, “Glad to announce the premiere of the movie #AtkanChatkanOnZEE5 on 5th Sept! The heartfelt story of Guddu & his friends is full of hopes, dreams & rhythmic beats. All the best to the team!”

The story of ‘Atkan Chatkan’ will centre around Guddu, a chai delivery boy who teams up with 3 other kids to become a band. Soon, the group decides to participate in a big music competition. Lydian Nadhaswaram, the child prodigy with exceptional piano skills will be seen portraying the role of Guddu, the lead in the film.
Apart from this, another exciting fact about the film is that many celebrities like Sonu Nigam, Hariharan and even Amitabh Bachchan have lent their voice for the tracks in the film. The music composer of the film is Sivamani.
Apart from Lydian, Yash Rane, Sachin Chaudhary and Tamanna Dipak will be featured in the film. ‘Atkan Chatkan’ will premiere on streaming service, Zee5 from 5 September 2020.
