Mumbai: Actor and philanthropist Vivek Oberoi who was instrumental in the success of the Mega Blood Donation Drive was to take off for his yearly family vacation in Mauritius ,however,decided to postpone it to start shooting for Yash Raj’s Bank Chor.
While the shoot was to go on floors mid-October,the makers decided to prepone the shoot leaving Vivek no time to take off for a vacation. Says a source, “Vivek was busy with the Mega Blood Donation Drive on this birthday this year and so the entire family had decided to celebrate it in Mauritius on their vacation.However,now that the shoot of Bank Chor is preponed Vivek decided to shift things around to make himself available for the shoot and not inconvenience the team”.
When contacted Vivek confirmed, “The initial plan was to take off for a short break to Mauritius.However, it will have to wait as I will start shooting this week.I’m excited to start work on the film”.
