The teaser for the anticipated feature ‘Virata Parvam’ just got dropped. It will star Ran Daggubati alongside Sai Pallavi in the lead role. It is inspired by true events and is set amidst the backdrop of the Naxal Movement that was taking place in Telangana back in the 90s. Rana Daggubati has starred in the film as a Naxalite who is also a revolutionary poet named Aranya.
While Sai Pallavi will be seen as Vennela, a girl who falls in love with Aranya and his poetry during this unfavourable setting. Actors like Nandita Das, Priyamani, Easwari Rao, Naveen Chandra and Nivetha Pethuraj will also feature in the film and essay important roles. A special event was carried out for the film where megastar Chiranjeevi was invited and he launched the Virata Parvam teaser.
