Mumbai: The biggest Gen-X stars recently met under the same roof at Baba Siddique & Zeeshan Siddique’s annual Iftaar dinner that was held on Sunday.
The popular politician along with son Zeeshan hosted a celebratory Iftaar bash at Taj Lands End, Bandra which saw some of the biggest names in the industry come together.
While the evening started with Varun Dhawan who was among the first guests to enter,it ended with a bang with Sushant Singh Rajput, as he made one of his rare appearances at the do.
Says a source present at the dinner, ” Varun Dhawan wrapped up his Dishoom shoot early to make it for Baba Siddique’s dinner and stayed for quite a while interacting with the other guests. On lookers were also surprised to see Sushant Singh Rajput attend the Iftaari dinner, especially since the actor is an extremely shy and private person. Sushant who has probably attended only 2 parties prior to this one, wrapped his Dhoni rehearsals early to make an exception for Baba and attend the party. The actor was last spotted at Deepika Padukone’s celebratory bash and later at close friend Mukesh Chabbra’s party and that too after a 6 month time frame of being away from the public eye”.
