Apart from love stories, turns out the Korean entertainment industry is also experimenting with science fiction. Sisyphus: The Myth is going to be a story of a girl who is trying to uncover the truth about her brother’s death. She is also joined by a time-travelling warrior who helps her do so.
3. River Where the Moon Rises
The series is going to be an adaptation of a 2010 novel known as ”Princess Pyeonggang’. It will be a period drama which will revolve around the life of a young princess and her claim to power.
4. Sunbae, Don’t Put On That Lipstick
The show is being adapted from a web toon of which is of the same name. It is going to be an office romance between a cosmetic brand marketer and a new employee who joins the organisation.
5. Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce)
The serial will be about three women who are in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Although they are quite successful career-wise, their relationship is suffering. People are excited to see a story from all different age groups, which will be unique as K-dramas generally revolve around teenagers or young adults.
