After the success of their brand new film ‘Chhalaang’ that released during Diwali this year, actress Nushrratt Bharuccha shared a brand new video on her Instagram with her co-star Rajkummar Rao from the time they were shooting for the film. The video featured both of them amidst the backdrop of a mustard field just like the iconic film ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge’.
Both Nushrratt and Rajkummar added their own touch to the legendary scene from DDLJ as they made their own version of it in the same backdrop. They could be seen dramatically embracing into a hug while referring to each other as ‘Raj’ and ‘Simran’. They also sang ‘Tujhe Dekha Toh’ song while having a gala time.
Nushrrat shared the video with the caption, “Bade bade deshon mein aise pyaare pyaare videos bante rehte hai ? @rajkummar_rao”

‘Chhalaang’ premiered on Amazon Prime Video and has been helmed by noted director Hansal Mehta. It focussed on the life of Montu (played by Rajkummar Rao), a PT master from a semi govt. funded school.
