Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput who will next be seen in Neeraj Pandey’s M.S Dhoni : The Untold Story started with humble beginnings but today stands one of the most sought after actors in the industry and one rooted for by the biggest directors in the industry.
Sushant having worked with Raju Hirani, Abhishek Kapoor, Aditya Chopra,Dibaker Banerjee,Maneesh Sharma and Neeraj Pandey has finally arrived and is already touted the dark horse amongst the Gen-X lot of actors. Now at a position to splurge, a far cry from his former theater days ,Sushant Singh Rajput is now searching for a sprawling penthouse to shift into.
Sources reveal that the actor who is currently staying in a plush apartment in Malad, is now on the lookout for a penthouse which he wants to move into by the new year. While Sushant is still searching for that perfect location , sources also add that he is keen on buying one in Bandra or Juhu and has shortlisted a few properties.
Says a source, ” Sushant has come a long way from living with 6 roommates in a 1 room-kitchen apartment to now shifting into a sprawling penthouse. Sushant always dreamt of owning a pent house and worked towards achieving his dream. He has already shortlisted a few properties that cost nearly 20 crores and is looking into the paperwork. He will shift into his new penthouse by the new year. It will be equipped with a state of the art home theatre system and a mini library since Sushant is an avid reader “.
When contacted confirmed Sushant, “When I first moved to Mumbai from Delhi, I was living with six roommates in a one room-kitchen apartment.I always dreamt of owning a penthouse in the city and have worked really hard to achieve this dream. On November 11, 2013, I moved into my Malad home.Now, I am excited about the next change”.
