Security strengthened in Nanavati Hospital; Amitabh Bachchan’s house Jalsa marked as containment zone

The father-son duo has been kept under isolation in the Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital.

The Mumbai Police have increased the security outside of Nanavati hospital, where Veteran superstar Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan have been kept after found to be COVID-19 positive.

Security has also been boosted in Both the Bachchan residence situated in Juhu, after being marked as a containment zone for Coronavirus.

After the alarming news of Abhishek and Amitabh Bachchan being tested positive for coronavirus, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya have also turned out to be coronavirus positive. The news got confirmed by Health Minister, Rajesh Tope. Fortunately, the only member who was found COVID-19 negative was Jaya Bachchan.

Recently, Abhishek was also seen updating everyone regarding the current scenario. He mentioned while he and his father have been hospitalised, which probably means wife and daughter Aishwarya and Aaradhya will be quarantined at home.

Later the family was seen expressing gratitude for all the messages and wishes they received for their speedy recovery.

The entire family underwent testing for coronavirus when the veteran actor began showing symptoms of the virus and was later found to be positive. He made the announcement on his twitter on Saturday, July 11 along with his son Abhishek who was also found to be COVID-19 positive.

The father-son duo has been kept under isolation in the Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital. Big B also mentioned in his tweet that he is “stable with mild symptoms”. The hospital also revealed that the symptoms heighten during the 10th or the 12th day.

Dr Abdul Samad Ansari, the head from the hospital’s critical care unit, mentioned, “Today would be 5th day since Amitabh ji’s symptoms had surfaced… have to watch closely for another seven days and see how the disease evolves…in the next 3 days, we will be able to see the evolution trajectory… very likely that he may remain to have a very mild version.”
