Nawab Saif Ali Khan and Begum Kareena Kapoor Khan brought in her 35th birthday with close friends and family at Pataudi Palace.
Kareena who was shooting in Delhi for R.Balki’s Ki And Ka drove down to Pataudi Palace,while Saif flew down with sister-in-law Karisma Kapoor and close friend Amrita Arora Ladak.Among others present were Malaika Arora Khan, Kareena’s stylist and make-up artist Mallika Bhatt and family friend, Mashhoor Amrohi.
The party that went on till the wee hours of the morning, began with a casual lunch in the garden of the Pataudi Palace with the Begum admitting that she felt like a royal even in shorts and a tank top.
Kareena’s close friends from London and New York flew down for the party, which Saif planned almost three months in advance. If that wasn’t all, the Palace was done up and restored to the art deco of the 1930’s for the two day party.
Meanwhile sources reveal that Kareena may next star in Pakistani writer-director, Shoaib Mansoor’s next, who repertoire boasts of AngloPakistani film, Khuda Kay Liye and Urdu-drama, Bol. The filmmaker apparently flew down to discuss a female-lead driven film with the actress, which will go on floors next year.
