Mumbai: Bollywood actress and singer Priyanka Chopra had met with an accident in Maldives. As per the latest updates, actress is fine and this happened when her boat collided with the coral reef and she was brought back by the local coast guard for safety reasons.
We informed you that actress Priyanka Chopra will be going to Maldives on the behalf of special invitation sent by the Government for an International Music Festival.
In relation to this Priyanka Chopra wrote over her official twitter account, “Super excited to be heading to #Maldives today on invitation of the Minister of Tourism @Ahmed_Adeeb. Going to be super fun. See you there” before she left for the island country.
She updated her account and tweet, “Nocturnal diving!! #TeamPC #MaldivesAdventure,”
Actress shared everything with her fans and after sometime she tweeted, “Our boat just hit a huge coral reef! Sitting and waiting for the Coast guard!! #MaldivesAdventure yikes!! #Chaos!”.
When a media person asked about experience at Maldives then she said, it was a place where one of the first big event after she won Miss World Crown had taken place and she has many treasured memories of it. She also congratulated the people of the nation on the 50th year of Independence.
