Things haven’t been looking up in the agricultural sector lately. Since the 3 new ordinances were passed by the government in the sector haven’t been received well by the farmers. Many of the workers referred to it as ‘anti-farmer’ and there have been continuous protests regarding the new expedients. There is a fear among the farmers that the new legislation will eventually bring about their exploitation by large monopolies in the food-trading department.
