Major sensation in the south cinema, Nayanthara celebrated her birthday few days back. On that occasion, the makers of her next film released the teaser for ‘Netrikann’. It translates to ‘the third eye’. The film will be of the thriller genre and has been written as well as directed by Milind Rau (known for Aval).
The recently released teaser is definitely quite mysterious and gritty as Nayanthara features in it as the leading lady who is blind. Quick sequences in the video show many innocent people being tortured by someone unknown. The story picks up the pace when Nayanthara is shown to be the next target of the antagonist.

The film is being produced by Rowdy Films which is owned by Vignesh Shivan. It is still unclear whether the film will opt for a big screen or OTT release. The release date for the feature will also be revealed soon by the makers.
