Mumbai: Bollywood upcoming movie ‘Main Hoon Rajinikanth’ had became the topic of media discussion when the Madras High Court asked the production house not to use super star Rajinikanth’s name and along with this not to take the style of the actor.

As per the latest updates, a case has been lodged by the actor and in relation to this Justice S. Subbiah has passed an order that in any condition any person uses a celebrity’s name without taking his/her permission, the celebrity in question is eligible for injunction provided he/she could be recognized by the use of his/her name by others.

Along with this it has added that using the name of the celebrity may confuse the audience as using Rajinikanth name directly attached it with the actor and he is not a part of the movie.

On the other hand actor Rajinikanth said that the movie “Mai Hoon Rajnikanth producer had not taken any permission for using my name, image, style and this is a violation of his privacy and copyright.
