A while ago, actor Sidharth Malhotra had confirmed that he will be starring in a new film titled Mission Majnu. Another major announcement regarding the same happened today when the makers revealed that the film has started shoot. The cast and crew of Mission Majnu are currently in Lucknow to film the first schedule.
The production house of the film, RSVP Movies took to their Twitter handle to share the picture of the clapperboard of the film as they began to shoot their first-ever sequence. As per the updates, Rashmika Mandanna who is going to be the female lead of the film will join the shoot later on. Directed by Shantanu Bagchi, Mission Majnu is going to be a spy thriller set in the 70s era. It will tell the story of an incident that completely changed the relation between India and Pakistan.
