Kansai Nerolac’s Brand Ambassador Shahrukh Khan brings ‘U-can’ to Nepal

Kathmandu: Kansai Paints Nepal Pvt. Ltd, one of the leaders in the paint industry, introduces an environmental-friendly initiative called ‘U-Can’ in Nepal this year. Adding to the brand’s strong focus on sustainable sensibilities and taking the belief that paints is not just about beautification, Nerolac launches a one of kind initiative- U CAN to encourage people to convert used Nerolac paint cans into beautiful flower pots, adding to their house décor and environment.

The users can simply log on to the Facebook page of Kansai Nerolac Paints Nepal and send a request to receive the decorative wrap around sheetsand the process of how to beautify their used Nerolac paint cans via courier. The consumers can then post the images of the revamped Nerolac cans along with the wall and a short tagline of their experience on the Facebook Page. The best five images, chosen over a period of 60 days, will be given a gratification and shall be posted on the ‘wall of fame’ on the official page.

Nepal has shown greater concern and efforts for the environment. The historic cabinet meeting at himalayas is testimony to Nepal efforts in preserving the Himalayas and the environment. We appreciate these initiatives and are pleased to introduce the concept of healthy home paints. The products are lead free. We introduced products like Impressions and Excel which are low voc and therefore no harmful fumes and contribute to healthy environment.
