John Abraham who is excited about his upcoming film Dishoom is not letting illness get in the way of promoting the film.
The actor who recently took ill due to the weather and a hectic schedule , was advised complete bed rest for the next few days. However, John only skipped a promotional appearance on a dance reality show and was present for the rest of the activities planned for the film.
Says a source, “John has been suffering from a fever and a viral infection. Though he has been advised to take a break as his schedule has been choc-o-bloc , he instead is on medication and has decided to finish the promotions of the film as its release is just around the corner. He may take a short break post the release”.
