However, things began to finally look up as theatres got reopened during October in some states with 50% capacity and many films opted to get released on OTT platforms.

Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is a film based in the 90s. Starring Diljit Dosanjh, Manoj Bajpayee and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles, the film deals with the concept of private investigations that take place when a family chooses a suitable bride/groom for their child’s marriage. By the looks of the trailer, the film looked like the perfect family entertainer which will ensure lots of laughter.

Ludo directed by Anurag Basu is a multi-starrer featuring Abhishek Bachchan, Inayat Verma, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, Rajkummar Rao, Fatima Sana Shaik, Rohit Saraf, Pearle Maaney and Pankaj Tripathi. It is an anthropology film based on the butterfly effect and tons of dark humour. It got released on Netflix.

Chhalaang was a comedy film directed by Hansal Mehta. It featured Rajkummar Rao in the leading role. Apart from Rajkummar being the protagonist, the film also featured issues like the importance of physical education in a child’s school life.
