As the upcoming film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is nearing its release date, a new song titled ‘Bharat Ki Beti’ recently got released. The music video of song denotes it as ‘a heartfelt tribute to daughters’.
In the film Bollywood newcomer Janhvi Kapoor stars as Gunjan Saxena, she was the first female IAF pilot who went to war. The song features a montage of clips from the film where Janhvi can be seen essaying a beautiful bond with her father, who is played by Pankaj Tripathi in the film.
The tune of the song is melodious and the lyrics are overwhelmingly emotional. It has been composed by Amit Trivedi while Kausar Munir wrote it and Arijit Singh sang it. The film will release on the streaming giant Netflix, on 12 August 2020.
