Noted filmmakers from the Hindi film industry Raj and DK had hinted about a new initiative last year called ‘D2R Indie’. Turns out things are finally looking up and taking shape as the duo released the logo for the same.

Under this banner, they will turn mentors and produce mini-series or films which have been shot at home and give a platform to aspiring filmmakers from the nation. It is going to be an absolutely unique concept of storytelling. They shared the news on Twitter.

Their post mentioned, “When we first started off, we had to do it all by ourselves. So we’ve been thinking… why not be there for other filmmakers like us?
Which brings us to — d2r Indie — our initiative to help upcoming, independent filmmakers make their films!” They also uploaded a snippet along with the tweet that revealed their logo.
