Juhi Parmar and Hussain Kuwajerwala played the role of Kumkum and Sumit in this soap opera that focussed on the Wadhwa family and the happenings in the life of their daughter-in-law, Kumkum. It depicted a beautiful tale of how soulmates can be found at any point of time in life and it’s never too late for extending one’s hand towards loving again.

4. Khushi and Arnav: Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon (2011-2013)

This love story was definitely one of the most intriguing ones to see for the fans. It started with hatred and slowly transcended towards love. Both Sanaya Irani and Barun Sobti were absolutely phenomenal as Khushi and Arnav. Although hate turns to love is quite a generic storyline, fans loved the show because they depicted every obstacle the couple faced in a very realistic and genuine manner.

5. Asad and Zoya: Qubool Hai (2012-2016)

Fans loved this show because Surbhi Jyoti as Zoya and Karan Singh Grover as Asad manage to portray every emotion on screen with one another while beautifully combining it with love. Viewers are excited more than ever as the show is returning in the form of a web series titled ‘Qubool Hai 2.0’.

6. Ram and Priya: Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (2011-2014)

Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar’s jodi as Ram and Priya in the show ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hai’ hit too close to home for so many watchers. People loved it for its refreshing take on love and basing it on a couple who are mid-aged. They discover love eventually after they are married relatively late.

7. Manav and Archana: Pavitra Rishta (2009-2014)

Thinking of the show fills everyone with heavy nostalgia. The plot of Pavitra Rishta was quite simplistic but was made evergreen due to the amazing chemistry of Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput that people cherish till date and miss immensely.
