Awaited sequel to the crime thriller Drishyam is all set to release tomorrow. Fans are extremely excited for the second part of the film to find out what happens next. Like the first film, all the actors like Mohanlal, Meena, Ansible Hassan and Esther Anil are reprising their roles. Drishyam 2 is being directed by Jeethu Joseph.
The trailer revealed that the incidents of the second part will occur 6 years after the first film that featured the Georgekutty family escaping the wrath of the law when an unexpected crime is committed by them. Fans trended #Drishyam2 ahead of the release and some even said they will be watching the first part to ‘prepare’ themselves to watch the second part with ease.
Actors like Asha Sarath, Siddiqui, Murali Gopy, Saikumar and K. B. Ganesh Kumar will also be seen in this sequel. The audience is also excited about the fact that the movie is headed for an OTT release, making it accessible to more and more people.
