Another trailer was released for the upcoming Disney movie ‘Cruella’ starring Oscar winner Emma Stone in the lead role. The film is going to act as the back story of famous Disney villain Cruella de Vil that was in the popular film ‘101 Dalmatians’. The new trailer featured the antagonist of the movie Emma Thompson in the role of Baroness von Hellman, head of a prestigious fashion house. She is also Cruella’s boss.
The new trailer featured a clash between Cruella and Baroness. Things heat up, quite literally when Cruella eventually shows up at a party in a gorgeous dress and finally introduces herself as ‘Cruella’. Fans are extremely excited to see Emma Stone portray an ‘anti-hero’ role for the first time.

Other stars like Joel Fry, Paul Walter Hauser, Emily Beecham, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Mark Strong and Jamie Demetriou will also be playing crucial roles in the movie. The film ‘Cruella’ is set in the year 1970 in the city of London and will focus on the life of a young girl ‘Estella’, who is a grifter. The film will showcase how she gets familiar with her notorious side and rebuilds herself as ‘Cruella’, a fashion-obsessed heiress.
Cruella will release theatrically on 28 May 2021.
