Mumbai: Arjun Kapoor turns Madamiya as Shruti Haasan turns on the heat in the newest song from Boney Kapoor’s Tevar presented by Eros International ,Sanjay Kapoor ,Naresh Agarwal & Sunil Manchanda.
After the immense popularity of Chokra Jawaan , Arjun Kapoor turns item boy for Madamiya ,composed by Sajid-Wajid and sung by Mika Singh.The masala-packed number has blockbuster written all over it ,as it features Shruti Haasan in a never-seen-before sensual avatar, that is sure to set pulses racing.
An extravagant set was constructed at Filmcity ,Mumbai where Madamiya was shot for over 5 days . With quirky lyrics, peppy beats coupled with the chemistry between Shruti and Arjun and interesting choreography by Remo , the song looks to be Tevar’s fourth hit song after Superman,Radha Nachegi and Lets’ Celebrate.
Says Arjun Kapoor , ” After singing for Joganiya, Shruti now features in the song Madamiya. Keeping the song in mind ,Amit and I were extremely keen to have Mika sing it. Madamiya is not your regular item number – The song stays with you long after hearing it.”

Boney Kapoor’s Tevar presented by Eros International ,Sanjay Kapoor ,Naresh Agarwal & Sunil Manchanda starring Arjun Kapoor ,Sonakshi Sinha and Manoj Bajpayee is scheduled to release 9th January 2015.’Tevar’ will mark the directorial debut of celebrated ad-filmmaker Amit Ravindernath Sharma.
