Mumbai: It’s a double-whammy for Pernia Qureshi as she recently shifted to her new house in Bandra as well as her debut film, Jaanisaar is set to release on 21st August 2015. Now, this certainly calls for a celebration! Pernia personally invited her B-town friends including Sonam Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez for the Iftaar party at her new apartment in Bandra.
The multi-faceted personality Pernia Qureshi, who’s also known as a celebrated entrepreneur-stylist-designer-dancer, will be making her big Bollywood debut this year with Jaanisaar, directed by Muzaffar Ali and produced by Meera Ali.
The exclusive party for girls was also attended by Masaba Gupta, Sangeeta Bijlani, Arpita Khan. It’s learnt that Pernia, who played a perfect host at the party, had specially flown down chefs from Rampur who cooked some sumptuous dishes for the guests. The food took over 12 hours to be prepared for the Iftaar party that was exclusively for girls.
The fashionista is acting for the first time alongside Pakistani actor Imran Abbas in Muzaffar Ali’s period drama.
