Known to be everyone’s favourite villain, Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor is celebrating his birthday today! A lesser-known fact about the star is that he was a struggler in the world of Bollywood in his initial days until Sunit Dutt took notice of him and gave him a role in his film, Rocky, which garnered him immense recognition.

Since then, there was no looking back. He later starred in the film Qurbani as well and established himself as the Villain in the Indian cinematic world. Films like Himmatwala and Hero came his way where he was yet again seen as the antagonist.

During the 90s era, Kapoor experimented with the comedic genre which turned out to be successful. He was seen in comical roles in films like Raja Babu. Insaaf, Baap Numbri, Beta Dus Numbri, Andaz Apna Apna, ChaalBaaz, Tohfa, Bol Radha Bol and so on.

As of now, the actor was last seen in the 2020 film Shimla Mirchi. He will also be seen in the upcoming film ‘Hungama 2’. He starred in the original film as well as one of the villains ‘Kachra Seth’.
